Search Queries
A name or place entered in a search tool is transmitted directly to the outside provider operating that tool. The provider processes the request and supplies its results. Worth County Criminal History does not retain or record those search terms on its own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email sent to us may be kept as needed to prepare and deliver a response. We keep such messages within our organization unless disclosure is required by a valid legal obligation.
Data We Gather Automatically
When a page loads, the server may automatically receive these technical details:

No Criminal-Record Data on File
Worth County Criminal History does not keep, assemble, or sell a database of personal criminal records. Its reference material identifies how records may be requested from the Worth County Sheriff's Office, the proper court clerk, the Georgia Crime Information Center, and the Georgia Sex Offender Registry. Georgia controls dissemination of state criminal-history information through laws including O.C.G.A. § 35-3-34. This website is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor information is not compiled into consumer reports or third-party criminal profiles.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate the search boxes that appear on some pages. Information submitted through a box is governed by that provider's privacy policy rather than this one. Each provider determines its own retention and disclosure practices, which we do not control. Read the applicable policy before entering a query.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to Worth County offices, Georgia agencies, court systems, legal-aid resources, or outside search services. Once a visitor follows an external link, the destination's privacy policy applies. Review its terms before providing personal information.
Some advertising providers may use activity across multiple websites to select targeted ads. That tracking takes place through the provider's systems.

We do not sell personal information. Data may still be received by:

The Georgia Open Records Act, O.C.G.A. §§ 50-18-70 through 50-18-77, governs access to records held by Georgia public agencies; it does not turn this private website's visitor data into a government record.
